About us

From Biddick Hall to Brazil

At Dicksons, quality runs in the family. Since 1953, we've been proudly crafting our own delicious recipes right here in the North East. From our purpose-built site, we blend tradition with a dash of something new – all made with the finest ingredients and plenty of care.

Over three generations, we've grown from a family-run shop to the region’s largest independent provider of meat and food products, with more than 30 stores serving our community. But no matter how much we grow, our values stay the same – quality you can taste, recipes you can trust, and a warm welcome every time.

For us, great food isn't just about ingredients – it's about bringing people together, sharing a smile, and being a part of the community we love. That’s the Dicksons difference.
